If Shop In Today does not receive payment from your credit card institution, you agree to pay all amounts requested by Shop In Today. If you place a chargeback and lose your claim, you are responsible for any costs incurred by Shop In Today.
Shop In Today is required to charge sales tax depending on regulations at your location. If required, this charge will appear on order details screen prior to confirming the order. Currently we are required to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to New York State.
Large dollar orders may require a wire transfer to Shop In Today's bank account prior to shipment. Please inquire through our Contact Us link for details. Shop In Today may contact customers to confirm order information. This audit will be utilized to protect Shop In Today and customer financial assets from fraud.
Special Orders and Orders Shipped from our Multipoint Warehouse Locations are billed in full at time of order placement and subjected to a 20% restocking fee if canceled or returned.

All orders are audited by agents of Shop In Today to confirm correct pricing, applicable taxes, and shipping charges. Shop In Today reserves the right to accept or decline orders at any time for any reason. Customers will be notified by Shop In Today in any event that jeopardizes the delivery of an order. In the event Shop In Today can not fulfill the order based on the automated order confirmation, the customer payment will be refunded immediately.
International orders can be accepted subject to prior approval of shipping and payment arrangements. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees associated with shipment to your location as this is not included in our pricing. The shopping cart will display which payment options we will accept on a per country basis. Some countries and order totals may require a wire transfer to Shop In Today's bank account prior to shipment. Please check with your bank to make sure any wire transfer fees are not taken out of the invoice total. Customers are responsible for all wire transfer fees.
In the event of a returned international order, we are not able to refund wire transfer fees, shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes as these are not collected directly by Shop In Today, but rather by a third party.
We do not accept COD orders or local pickups.

Sales, Promotions, and Special Offers:

Shipping / Freight Policy:
Shop In Today ships complete orders once all the products are in stock. We will ship partial orders by customer request only. Please note that expedited shipping orders and special orders will require an additional shipping charge for each additional partial shipment. Shop In Today reserves the right to ship orders only to billing and shipping addresses which can be verified through your credit card institution. Each address is verified through Authorize.net's interface. It is important that you confirm both these addresses prior to submitting payment. Shop In Today will not be able to honor requests for alternate shipping addresses via email, instructions left in “notes to merchant”, or any other electronic means outside of the designated address sections of Authorize.net. Please contact your financial institution for more information on adding alternate shipping addresses to your credit card account.
We may request "Adult Signature Required" or "Direct Signature Required" on certain orders which meet the criteria set by our order processing team.
We ship via FedEx Ground and UPS Ground at our discretion. Freight via FedEx Ground and UPS Ground to all continental USA locations is included in our published prices. Freight to any locations other than the continental USA can be charged to a customer’s carrier account or quoted separately. Please inquire through Contact Us if more details are required.
Shop In Today can not be held liable for any carrier's in-transit shipping delays once an order has been accepted by the carrier for delivery.
We are not able to ship orders to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Free Shipping / Freight Policy:
Shop In Today does not charge handling fees on any order regardless of the shipping method. Select "Ground $0.00" during checkout to receive free shipping and handling on order subtotals over $99 (excludes applicable sales taxes and expedited shipping) that are sent to destinations within the lower 48 United States of America. There is a $14.95 Ground flat rate on all order subtotals under $99 that are sent to destinations within the lower 48 United States of America. We may elect to ship orders Ground if you reside in a delivery zone which shows as 1 to 3 business day service when 3 Business Day Shipping is requested. Orders containing backordered products will be delayed until order can ship complete.
Free shipping offer is not available on special pricing quotes, which deviate from the online published pricing, provided by the Shop In Today Sales Department unless specifically indicated.
Products damaged in transit:
We must be notified within 5 business days of any in-transit damage. Any damage must be noted clearly on your incoming carrier’s paperwork. You must comply with the carrier’s procedures and documentation requirements in supporting the processing of any claim for products damaged in transit.
Products missing in shipment:
We must be notified within 5 business days of the carrier delivering your package if there is a discrepancy between the packing list and the contents of the shipment. Please use the Contact Us form so that we may resolve the issue quickly.
Carrier tracking number shows package(s) delivered, but package(s) is not at your location:
We must be notified within 5 business days of the carrier's online tracking showing as being delivered if a package(s) cannot be found at the shipping address on the order. Please use the Contact Us form so that we may resolve the issue quickly.
Undelivered or Refused Orders:
All orders that are returned to Shop In Today due to: refused at location, customer is not available sign for the package, an incorrect address was supplied to Shop In Today by the customer, or the carrier has made multiple unsuccessful attempts to deliver the package will result in a 20% restocking fee including all carrier fees associated with shipping to the customer location and returning the order back to Shop In Today.
Our No Quibble Guarantee is intended to assure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our product we will credit your account or return your payment (excluding any shipping costs), at your option, upon receipt of the returned product in good and resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply. We must be notified within 30 days of your receipt of the product if you wish to return. Contact us by e-mail to receive a Return Authorization (RA#) and return shipping instructions. Returns cannot be accepted without a RA#.
NOTE: Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please contact the OEM manufacturer directly in the event of a defective product. We are unable to accept returns of open OEM products. OEM products are identified on our site with "-OEM" in the part number and starts with "Genuine" in the product title.
Photoreceptors (drums) cannot be accepted for return once the original carton seals have been broken, due to the delicate nature and sensitivity to light.Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled as long as it has not been shipped. If an order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the return freight charges regardless if the order is refused upon delivery. All refused orders will result in a 20% restocking fee. Expedited shipping and handling are not refundable. Please contact Customer Service using the Contact Us link to cancel your order.
Please note that Special Orders and Orders Shipped from our Multipoint Warehouse Locations can not be canceled once we have submitted your order to the warehouse without being subject to a 20% restocking fee upon cancellation.
