International Orders

International Orders (Orders Shipped Outside of the United States of America)

International orders can be accepted under the following payment and shipping arrangements.

Multipoint Warehouse and Special Order Products:
There will be a shipping delay if your order contains Multipoint Warehouse or Special Order products. Multipoint Warehouse and Special Order products are identified in the Additional Information section of the product detail page. All Multipoint Warehouse and Special Order products are shipped into our NY Warehouse and then onto the international destination. Please note that once Multipoint Warehouse or Special Order products are in route to our NY Warehouse, the order cannot be canceled.

We only accept Wire Transfers for international orders.  Please check with your bank to make sure any wire transfer fees are not taken out of the invoice total. Customers are responsible for all wire transfer fees.  Orders will not be shipped unless we receive the entire invoiced amount.

We will make every effort to ship an entire order out of the same warehouse. We may need to ship an order out of multiple warehouses depending on the products ordered and available stock.

We will ship orders ONLY to freight forwarders located in the USA.  You must have an existing relationship with a freight forwarder in the United States before ordering.  This will allow you to deal directly with your freight forwarder for all international transportation costs, including any additional taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, and other fees associated with shipment to your international location.

Make sure the complete shipping address of your USA based freight forwarder is listed as the "Shipping Address" and the international destination as the "Billing Address".

We will no longer provide International shipping quotes or offer third party/receiver billing against a customer's shipping account. This is due to FedEx and UPS billing Shop In Today’s shipping account weeks later for any additional international fees.  There was no way for us to collect this additional cost from our customers. We could not continue to absorb these costs and still maintain affordable pricing on our site.

Please feel to contact the Shop In Today Sales Department with any questions by using the Contact Us form.
