We are currently aware of customers with HOTMAIL and JUNO email addresses unable to receive emails from Shop In Today. Please whitelist "@shopintoday.com" and/or the domain "shopintoday.com" with in the email service you currently use (please see your email service provider for assistance). Please also check your spam folder if you have not received a response within 24 hours as some providers will move email messages automatically into this folder. We have contacted both service providers, but have been unable to resolve this issue.
Everyone at Shop In Today prides themselves with answering each email quickly and accurately. Our typical response time is within 2 hours, but some inquiries can take up to 24 hours (during normal business hours).
Please note that many email filters are aggressive in flagging legitimate emails as spam. If you haven't received a response within 24 hours (excluding weekends), please check your spam folder for emails from "@shopintoday.com".
