WEBSITE IMPROVEMENTS AND MIGRATED CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
You may have noticed that something looks different at Shop In Today. It's been over 8 years since our last site overhaul and it was long overdue. On the weekend of September 24 2017, we changed over to our newest site. All existing customer accounts and orders were migrated over. Unfortunately, this migration process did not bring over the existing passwords (for security reasons) of existing accounts. We have outlined a few simple steps, which will allow you to gain access to your account. This information will also be located on the "LOGIN" page for your reference.
Attention Customers who registered prior to September 22, 2017.
Due to a major website redesign, you will not be able to use your old login credentials. The "Forgot your password?" link will not send you a new password from your old account.
Please complete the following steps:
1) Click this link or the “Sign up” link (as a new customer would).
2) Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address (the same email address you used prior to September 22, 2017), and a New Password (does not have to be your old password).
3) Click "Sign Up".
4) You will receive a “Customer Account Activation” email of which you will need to click the link to “Activate Your Account”.
Please check your email spam folder if you did not receive the email from us within 1 minute.
5) Once your account has been activated, you will be able to login in and see all your previous order history in your account.
You will not have to repeat this procedure again as you are now registered in our new system.
If you have placed an order with us after September 22, 2017, then you will not need to complete the above steps.
