• Ordering quantity 1 (one) will refill only 1 (one) cartridge.  The quantity ordered should reflect the number of cartridges you're sending in to be refilled.
• You'll receive instructions on where to send your used cartridges back for refill after the order is placed.  Return shipping is NOT included in the product cost.  We do not provide return labels.
• Used cartridges must be whole and not contain any cracks or defects that would prevent us from refilling the cartridge.
• You will receive the same exact cartridge(s) that were sent to us for refilling.  We do not stock empty cartridges.
• Free Shipping back to your location is only included when the free shipping minimum order threshold has been met.
