International Orders - Wire Transfer

International Orders (Orders Shipped Outside of the United States of America)


International orders can be accepted under the following payment and shipping arrangements.

Multipoint Warehouse and Special Order Products:
There will be a 2 - 4 business day delay if your order contains Multipoint Warehouse or Special Order products. Multipoint Warehouse and Special Order products are identified in the Additional Information section of the product detail page. All Multipoint Warehouse and Special Order products are shipped into our NY Warehouse and then onto the international destination. Please note that once a Multipoint Warehouse or Special Order product is in route to our NY Warehouse, the order can not be canceled.

Payment:
We require Wire Transfers for all international orders. Most countries and order totals will require a wire transfer to Shop In Today's bank account prior to shipment. Please check with your bank to make sure any wire transfer fees are not taken out of the invoice total. Customers are responsible for all wire transfer fees.

Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, and other fees associated with shipment to your location as this is not included in our pricing. Please check with your local customs office before ordering as we do not have this information available.

Due to strict international regulations, any export documentation must include the actual selling price(s) for the product(s) being shipped.

Shipping:
We will make every effort to ship an entire order out of the same warehouse. We may need to ship an order out of multiple warehouses depending on the products ordered and available stock. Under these circumstances, you will see more than one shipping charge against your FedEx, UPS, or DHL account.

We will ship orders ONLY against a customer’s FedEx, UPS, or DHL account. This will allow FedEx, UPS, or DHL to bill you directly for all transportation costs, including any additional taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, and other fees associated with shipment to your location. Please note that transportation fees and custom fees are typically invoiced separately and can arrive after you have received your shipment.

Please select “Use My UPS, FedEx, or DHL (International) Shipping Account” during the checkout process. Once your order is complete, please email Shop In Today with your Carrier, Shipping Method, and Account # after placing order.

We will no longer provide International shipping quotes where Shop In Today collects shipping costs directly from customers. Because FedEx, UPS, and DHL would bill Shop In Today’s shipping account weeks later for any additional international fees, there was no way for us to collect this additional cost from our customers. We could not continue to absorb these costs and still maintain affordable pricing on our site.

If you do not have a FedEx, UPS, or DHL account, please visit their websites directly to open an account. We will not be able to advise you on the most cost effective carrier to choose.

We urge you to get a shipping quote from your carrier before you place your order.  In some cases, the shipping charges can be high due to the size of some of our products.  If you provide us with the products and quantities, then we will be happy to provide you with weights and dimensions that you can use for getting quotes. 

Due to the export paperwork involved in international shipments, we will make every effort to ship out your order within 48 hours once payment and carrier information has been received.

International transit times cannot be guaranteed due to customs processing times.
