How to Check Order Status (Registered Users) (including how to print an invoice).

If you used "Guest Checkout" instead of registering for an account, please visit Order Status for Guest Checkout Customers to view the status of your order.

Order status notifications are automatically emailed to each customer once we invoice and ship any order.

Many email filters are aggressive in flagging legitimate emails as spam. Please check your spam folder for emails from "@shopintoday.com". You can also check the status on your order by navigating through the following screens.

Step 1: Log into your account by selecting "Login". If you have forgotten your password, please select "Forgot Your Password?" to have it emailed to you.

Step 2:

Select "View Order" next to the order you are inquiring about.

Step 3:
Orders showing as "Pending" are currently being processed and have not had tracking information added to the order.
Orders showing as "Complete" have been shipped by our warehouse. To view view tracking information, please select "Track your order".

Step 4: This new pop-up screen shows you the current tracking information and package delivery status. (Will not display if pop-ups are blocked by your web browser. See "Step 6" for an alternative method of retrieving tracking information.)
Please note: If the order was shipped today and you receive "Tracking information is currently not available ...", please wait 24 hours for the tracking information to be displayed before contacting Customer Service. These results come directly from the shipping carrier's system.

Step 5:
Select "Invoices" to print a copy of an invoice.
Please note: If there is no invoice listed for the order, your order is currently under review by our Order Management Team. Once the order is invoiced, your order is passed to our warehouse for shipping.

Select "Print Invoice" to open a PDF version of the invoice. Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) must be installed to view and print the invoice. Visit www.adobe.com to download.

Step 6:
Select "Shipments" to view current tracking information.
Please note: Your order must show as "Complete" for information to be contained in the "Shipments" section.
